Option #1:

"Association Safety Program (ASP) Membership"

All ASP members must be current policyholders of either SCF Arizona or their subsidiary companies (Premier, Western, American, National, Indemnity or General) to receive all the benefits of membership.

Annual Dues are based on policy type and annual premium amount, not to exceed $400.00.  SCF AZ subsidiary policyholders may be rewarded by having their dues waived.  Please call for more details.

Option #2:

"Associate Membership"

For  those companies who are not policyholders of SCF Arizona, American, Western, National, Indemnity, Premier or SCF General but would like to participate in a safety driven association that offers Free Safety Training, Networking, Special Events and Safety Management Assistance.

Annual Dues are $300.00
